Deviled Egg Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
8 hard-boiled eggs
12 oz pasta of your choice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.
2. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
3. Mash the egg yolks with a fork and then add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, green onions, celery, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
4. Chop the egg whites into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the dressing. Stir gently to coat the egg whites with the dressing.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the deviled egg dressing.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
7. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
8. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
