Cabbage and Sausage Foil Packets

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) beef sausage, sliced
1 small head cabbage, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Foil Packets: Cut 4 large pieces of aluminum foil.
Assemble the Packets: In a large bowl, combine the sliced sausage, chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, sliced onion, and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat everything evenly.
Fill the Foil Packets: Divide the sausage and vegetable mixture evenly among the four pieces of foil. Fold the sides of the foil over the mixture, covering completely and sealing the packets closed.
