Shrimp With Garlic Butter

• 1 pound shrimp, deveined and butterflied

Directions:

• Add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
• Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

• Heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter.
• Once the butter is melted, add the shrimp and cook until both sides are golden brown.
3. Add the Seasonings:
• Add minced garlic, dried chili, and sugar to the pan.
