Chicken drumsticks accompanied by salad

Ingredients:

80ml tomato sauce
1 kg of chicken thigh
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon baking powder

450ml of oil
700g cabbage
1 carrot
1 onion
parsley to taste
½ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons of honey
1 tablespoon of vinegar
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons of butter
100ml of honey

Way of doing:

Place the chicken thighs in a bowl, then add the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, baking powder and mix well.
In a frying pan add the oil, the chicken and let it fry for 8 minutes.
Cut the cabbage very finely and place it in a bowl.
Grate the carrot and also add it to the bowl.
Cut the onion in half and then into slices and add to the other ingredients.
Cut the parsley very finely and add it to the bowl.
Turn the chicken and fry for another 8 minutes.
In a container add the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, vinegar, salt, black pepper and mix everything.
Pour this mixture into the bowl and mix with the other ingredients.
In a pan add the butter, when it melts add the honey, tomato sauce and stir for 1 minute.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.

Serve the chicken accompanied with the salad.
