2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups fresh spinach
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Sauce:
Reduce the heat to medium in the same skillet.

Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss to combine with the creamy sauce.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and gently toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
