Ground Beef Stuffed with Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 900g potatoes
  • water
  • 500g of ground  beef
  • dehydrated parsley to taste
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • oil
  • parsley to taste
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 100g tomato paste
  • 100ml of water
  • 150g mozzarella

Way of doing:

Add the potatoes to a pan, then water and cook until soft. Add olive oil, parsley and mix again. Repeat the process until the meat and potatoes are finished. In a baking dish add the olive oil, then the dumplings. In the center of the pan, place any remaining potatoes.

Add olive oil over everything and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut the onion and peppers into cubes. In a pan add olive oil, onion, peppers and mix well.

Add the salt, black pepper, paprika and mix again. To finish, add the tomato paste and water, mix, cover the pan and let it cook for 4 minutes.

After removing the dumplings from the oven, cover with the sauce, spread well, add the mozzarella on top and bake at 180 degrees for another 20 minutes.

In a container add the ground  meat , dehydrated parsley, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic, onion, egg, wheat flour and mix everything very well.

Take a portion of the  meat , shape it into a round shape, press it, add the potato, wrap it with the meat, covering it completely.
