Roast Beef with Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients:
1 onions
1 potato to taste
1kg of meat
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
5 cloves of garlic
butter (100g)
1 teaspoon of paprika

Way of doing:
Cut the onions into medium pieces.
Grease a baking tray with butter and add the onions.
Make holes in the potatoes with the help of a knife.
Place inside the roasting pan on top of the onions, then the meat and then the potatoes around the meat.
In a container add the butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and mix well.
Brush the meat with this sauce, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for 50 min.
