Ingredients:
Steak:
4 beef tenderloin steaks (about 6 oz each)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil

Shrimp & Lobster Sauce:
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb lobster meat, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
For the Steak:
Season the beef tenderloin steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside, keeping them warm.

For the Shrimp & Lobster Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the finely chopped shallot and minced garlic. Sauté until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Add the chopped lobster meat to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Pour in the chicken broth, stirring to deglaze the skillet and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom.

Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, stirring to combine and heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving:
Serve the steaks hot, topped with the shrimp and lobster sauce.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
