3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Mashed Potatoes:
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup coconut milk
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Green Beans:
1 lb (450g) green beans, trimmed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:
Cook the Potatoes: Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Drain well.

Mash the Potatoes: Return the drained potatoes to the pot. Add the coconut milk and butter. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm.

Prepare the Green Beans:
Cook the Green Beans: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the trimmed green beans and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender-crisp.

Add Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm.

Prepare the Steak Bites:
Cook the Steak: In another large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Make Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the butter is melted. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve:
Plate the Dish: Divide the mashed potatoes among plates. Top with the garlic butter steak bites and serve the green beans on the side. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
