Baked chicken thighs with potatoes and carrots

Ingredients:

  • 2 heads of garlic

  • coarse salt

  • oil

  • 2 chicken thighs

  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

  • salt

  • paprika

  • Black pepper

  • 2 potatoes

  • 1 carrot

 

Way of doing

  • Take the garlic heads and cut off the ends.
  • Place them on aluminum foil and add coarse salt and olive oil over each one.
  • Wrap the foil and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
  • Take the chicken thighs and make shallow cuts on each one.
  • Leave the chicken reserved in a pan.
  • After removing the garlic from the oven, remove the aluminum foil and squeeze it into a container, so that it comes out completely without the skin.
  • Add the butter, salt, paprika, black pepper and mix everything.
  • Spread the mixture over the chicken thighs and spread well.
  • Cut the potatoes lengthwise and then into strips.
  • Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and olive oil.
  • Stir everything so that the seasoning adds to the potatoes.
  • Transfer the potatoes to the pan.
  • Cut the carrot into slices and add it to the pan too.
  • Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes.
