Wonderful Fruit Cake for Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk tea
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 50g plum
  • nuts to taste
  • 50g candied fruit
  • 50g raisins
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

 

Way of doing:

In a bowl add the eggs and with the help of a whisk beat well, then add the sugar and mix well, add the milk, wheat flour and mix very well, then add the yeast and mix.
In a bowl add the plums, walnuts, candied fruits, raisins, cornstarch and mix well.
Add part of the dough into a bread pan, greased with butter and wheat, add part of the mixture, made previously, on top of the dough, make alternating layers until the ingredients are finished, leaving the dough layer last and bake at 180ºc for 30 minutes.
