Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 220g mozzarella
- 1 carrot
- 220ml cream
- parsley to taste
- mozzarella to taste
Way of doing:
Cut the chicken breast into slices, then mash with a hammer to break up the fibers and make the chicken more tender, then season with salt and black pepper and spread well.
Grate the mozzarella and carrot, then transfer to a bowl, add the cream, parsley and mix well.
