Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 70ml oil

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • cream 200g

  • 1 box of strawberries

  • 1 spoon of yeast

  • strawberries cut in half

  • powdered sugar for optional decoration

Way of doing:

  • In a bowl pour the eggs, sugar and stir.
  • Then add the oil and orange zest, which is optional, and stir again.
  • Add the cream and mix.
  • Then gradually add the wheat flour, sifting, mix well.
  • Add the strawberries, yeast and stir.
  • Grease a pan with butter and wheat flour.
  • Pour the mixture inside and add strawberries cut in half on top of the mixture.
  • Bake at 180°C for 40 to 50 minutes.
  • Add powdered sugar on top, it’s optional, and help yourself!
