Pasta with minced meat and sour cream

Ingredients:

1 onion

1 tablespoon of olive oil

450g of ground beef

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1 green pepper

200g tomato sauce

100ml meat broth

100ml of cream

noodle

1 teaspoon of salt

170g mozzarella

parsley to taste

Way of doing:

Cut the onion into cubes.
In a pan add the olive oil, onion and let it fry for 8 to 10 minutes.
Then add the ground meat, salt, paprika, mix and let it fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
Cut the green pepper into cubes, then add it to the ground meat, then the tomato sauce, meat broth, cream, stir and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
In a pan of boiling water, add the pasta, salt and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add the mozzarella to the pan containing the meat, and mix well.
After cooking the pasta, place it in the pan, next to the meat and mix well.
Cut the parsley, throw it over the pasta and mix.
