The best way to fry chicken thighs!

Ingredients:

  • 500g of potatoes
  • water
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 kg of chicken thighs
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 250g mozzarella
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • wheat flour
  • breadcrumbs

Way of doing:

Cut the potatoes into medium pieces, then place them in a pan, add water to cover, salt and let them cook.
In a pan add the chicken thighs, water to cover, black pepper, bay leaves, cover and let cook.
Transfer the cooked potatoes to a bowl and mash them until they become puree.
After cooking the potatoes, place them on a cutting board, then debone them one by one.
Chop the chicken into small pieces, then transfer to a bowl, add the mashed potatoes, add the mozzarella, black pepper, salt and mix everything very well.
Model this mixture into a round shape, place the bones that were previously removed into the mixture, for each portion of mixture use one bone, returning to the original shape of chicken thighs.
In a container add the eggs, salt and beat well.
Dip the chicken thighs in wheat flour, then in beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry the chicken thighs in the hot oil.
