Ingredients:
1kg of chicken
1/2 lemon
oil
pepperoni to taste
paprika to taste
black pepper to taste
Bahian seasoning to taste
salt to taste
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 potato
oregano to taste
Way of doing:
Place the cut chicken in a bowl, squeeze the lemon over it, add olive oil, calabrian pepper, paprika, black pepper, Bahian seasoning, salt and mix well.
Add the garlic, wheat flour and mix well. Add the potato cut into strips, then the oregano and mix well.
In a rectangular shape, add onion slices throughout the shape, place the chicken pieces on top and the potatoes between one piece of chicken and another, bake at 240°C for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
