Chicken with potatoes in the oven, creamy and easy to make!

This creamy and easy-to-make Chicken with Potatoes dish is perfect for a comforting family dinner. Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes
  • oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 onion
  • 500g chicken breast
  • black pepper to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • 200g of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Way of doing:

Cut the potatoes into slices, then cut them in half.
Add a drizzle of olive oil in a rectangular shape, spreading it with the help of a brush, then add the potatoes inside, then add a little olive oil on top of the potatoes and salt.
Cut the onion in half, then into slices, place on top of the potatoes, spreading it well, then place the chicken breast slices on top, a little salt, black pepper and oregano.
In a container add the cream, mayonnaise and mix well, then transfer this mixture into the mold, spread well and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
