Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 3 stale breads
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 cups of milk tea
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Way of doing:

Cut the bread into small pieces, then add it to a bowl, add the milk and set aside for 10 minutes.
Add the eggs, sugar, butter and mix well, add the raisins and mix well, then add the vanilla essence.
Grease a round mold with butter and wheat, then pour the mixture inside and bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 40 to 50 minutes. As an option, you can add icing sugar on top.
