Baked Bread with White Sauce and Sausage

Ingredients:

  • 2 stale breads
  • milk
  • 6 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • 200g of cottage cheese
  • 5 cooked sausages
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 100g grated mozzarella
  • parsley to taste

Way of doing:

Cut the bread into slices, then dip in milk and place in a pan greased with butter and wheat flour.
In a bowl add the eggs, salt, black pepper, oregano and beat well until smooth.
Add the cottage cheese and mix everything very well again, until all the cottage cheese has dissolved.
Add the cooked sausages, chopped onion, tomatoes, grated mozzarella, parsley and mix everything very well.
Transfer this mixture into the pan, on top of the bread, spreading it evenly.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
