Fried Potato Dumplings, Stuffed with Ground Meat

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • oil
  • 300g of ground beef
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • butter
  • parsley to taste

     

Way of doing:

Place the potatoes in a pan of boiling water and cook until tender.
Cut the onion into cubes.
In a pan add olive oil, the onion, sauté, then add the ground meat and fry for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika and mix well.
Transfer the meat to a container and set aside.
Mash the potatoes until they become puree, then add the egg, black pepper, salt, wheat flour and mix well until smooth.
Rub a little wheat flour on your hands, shape the dough into a round, flat shape, then fill it with the ground meat, then close it tightly and repeat the process until the dough and ground meat are finished.
In a pan add the butter, stir until it melts, then add the dumplings and let them fry for 1 to 2 minutes on both sides.
Cut the parsley very finely and sprinkle over the dumplings.
