Crispy chicken fillet

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast

  • 200g of cream

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • 1 teaspoon of saffron

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of oregano

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 egg

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 cup of wheat flour

  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika

  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper

  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano

Way of doing

  • In a platter add the chicken breasts.
  • Then add the cream and mix.
  • Add the paprika, saffron, black pepper, oregano and salt.
  • Mix everything very well.
  • Add the egg and squeeze the lemon.
  • Mix again.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • In a container add the wheat flour, paprika, black pepper, oregano and mix.
  • Now coat the fillets in the flour mixture.
  • In a pan with hot oil add the fillets, one by one.
  • Let it fry on both sides.
  • Remove from the pan and place in a container lined with paper towel.
