Ingredients:

  • 250g pasta
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 350ml tomato sauce
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • Hot water
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 50g parmesan
  • oregano to taste

Way of doing:

Add the pasta to a baking dish, then the onion, garlic, tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, oregano, spread well so the seasonings can be incorporated into the sauce, cover everything with hot water and spread well .
Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Grate the mozzarella, place it on top of the pasta, then the parmesan, oregano and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
