Chicken Breast Stuffed with Ham, Cheese and Tomato

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • mozzarella
  • Ham
  • tomato for stuffing
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of oregano
  • oil
  • mozzarella to taste

     

Way of doing:

Cut the chicken breasts into fillets, then beat them with a kitchen hammer to break up the fibers and make the chicken more tender.
Then season with black pepper, salt and spread well so the seasonings add to the chicken.
Place a slice of mozzarella, a slice of ham and a slice of tomato on each chicken fillet, then roll until closed. Use a toothpick to help close it.
Grate the tomatoes, add the salt, black pepper, oregano and mix well.
In a pan add olive oil, spread well, then add the chicken breasts and fry on both sides.
Remove the toothpicks, then add the previously grated tomatoes, spread well over the chicken,
add the mozzarella on top, cover and let cook for 30 minutes.
