Oven Snack with Bread and Sausage

This oven snack combines the heartiness of sausage with the comforting flavors of eggs and cheese, all baked to perfection. Ingredients:

  •  eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 200g of cottage cheese
  • 6 sausages
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • parsley to taste
  • 200g mozzarella
  • bread
  • milk

Way of doing:

In a bowl add the eggs, salt, black pepper, oregano and beat well until smooth.
Add the curd and mix well.
Add the sausages, already cooked and sliced, then the chopped tomato, chopped onion, parsley, mozzarella and mix well.
In a greased pan, add slices of bread, lining the entire pan, then add milk on top of the bread, then pour the entire mixture into the pan and spread well.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
