Ingredients:

butter

400g of ground  beef

1 onion

1/2 cabbage

1 carrot

1 teaspoon of salt

Black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

7 tablespoon of wheat flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

2  eggs

5 cups of cream

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

Way of doing

  • In a pan add the ground  meat and stir while frying.
  • Cut the onion in half, then into strips and cubes.
  • Pour into the pan and mix well.
  • Cut the cabbage into thin strips and set aside.
  • Grate the carrot.
  • Transfer the carrot and cabbage to the pan and mix with the meat.
  • Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder and stir.
  • Cover and let cook for 10 minutes.
  • In a container add the wheat flour passing through a sieve, add the yeast, eggs, cream, salt, sugar, mayonnaise and mix everything very well.
  • Pour the dough into a baking pan already greased with butter.
  • Then add the meat and spread it out so that it is even.
  • Cover everything with the rest of the dough.
  • Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
