Pasta in white sauce with broccoli

Ingredients

  • 500g broccoli

  • water

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 250g pasta

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • oil

  • 1 onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 200g of cream

  • mozzarella

  • oregano

Way of doing

  • Start by cutting the broccoli
  • In a pan add water, salt, pasta and let it cook
  • Take some of the pasta water and set aside
  • In a pan add the butter, olive oil, chopped onion, chopped garlic and mix while frying.
  • Pour the broccoli into the pan and mix with the other ingredients
  • Add a little water, the cream, the pasta that is already cooked, the water that was reserved and mix
  • Add the mozzarella on top, the oregano and leave the heat on until the cheese melts.
