Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of oil
- 2 cups of sugar
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup of chocolate
- 200g of cream
Way of doing:
In a blender add the carrots, eggs, milk, oil, sugar and blend until smooth.
Pour this mixture into a bowl, then add the wheat flour and beat well until it is completely mixed.
Add the baking powder and mix well.
Pour the dough into a pan greased with butter and wheat flour, and bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
In a container add the chocolate, cream and mix well.
After removing the cake from the oven, unmold it, then pour all the syrup over it.
