Indulge in the rich flavors of homemade coffee pudding, a delightful dessert that combines the robust taste of instant coffee with the sweetness of condensed milk. This recipe features a creamy texture from eggs and milk, enhanced with vanilla essence for a touch of aromatic sweetness.

Topped with a caramelized sugar syrup, this coffee pudding offers a satisfying blend of flavors and a perfect way to end any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 4  eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
  • 395g condensed milk
  • 200ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • water

Way of doing:

In a blender add the eggs, coffee, condensed milk, milk and vanilla essence and let it blend.
In a pan add the sugar and stir until it turns into a caramel, add water little by little during this process.
Pour the caramel into a mold and spread it well around it.
Then pour the prepared mixture into the mold and cover with aluminum foil.
Place the mold inside a larger mold and fill the larger mold with water.
Bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
Using a plate, unmold the pudding.
