Roast Meat with Potatoes, with Barbecue Flavor!

Roast meat with potatoes, infused with barbecue flavor, is a savory and hearty dish perfect for a comforting meal. This recipe combines tender meat with roasted potatoes, seasoned to perfection with classic barbecue spices.

Here’s how to prepare it:

Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes
  • oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 onion
  • 800g of meat
  • coarse salt

Way of doing:

Cut the potatoes into slices.
Add olive oil in a rectangular shape, then the potatoes, placing them in a row, then add the salt, black pepper and olive oil on top of the potatoes.
Cut the onion into slices, then place on top of the potatoes.
Cut the meat into slices, place them on top of the potatoes, sprinkle coarse salt over the meat, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
After this time, remove from the oven, remove the aluminum foil and return to the oven at 200 degrees for another 15 minutes or until the meat is golden.
