- 500g chicken
- salt to taste
- Black pepper

- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1 spoon of butter
- 1 spoon of wheat flour
- 1 cup of orange juice

Way of doing:
Cut the chicken into thin slices, place in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, garlic, lemon and mix well.
In a pan, add a little oil, add the onion, sauté and reserve the onion in a container.
