Ingredients:
- 1kg of ground beef
- 4 eggs
- salt to taste
- pepperoni to taste
- paprika to taste
- oregano to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 grated onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 boiled potatoes
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- parsley to taste
- oil
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- tomato to taste
- 300g mozzarella
Way of doing:
- Place the ground meat in a bowl and add the eggs, then stir until well mixed.
- Add the salt, red pepper, paprika, oregano, black pepper, grated onion and garlic and stir, mixing all these ingredients well.
- In another bowl, place the cooked potato and mash with a fork until it reaches a puree consistency.
