Pasta with Meat in White Sauce in the Oven

Baked pasta with meat in white sauce is a comforting and flavorful dish perfect for family dinners or gatherings. This recipe combines tender meat, creamy white sauce, and pasta, all baked to perfection. Here’s a brief introduction:

Ingredients:

  • 350g of  meat
  • 2 teaspoons  meat seasoning
  • olive oil to taste
  • 1 pepper
  • chives to taste
  • 400g pasta
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 236ml of milk
  • 236ml chicken broth
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 170g grated mozzarella

     

Way of doing:

Cut the meat into cubes, place in a bowl, add the meat seasoning, olive oil, mix and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut the pepper into cubes and the chives into small pieces.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
In a pan add the  meat and let it fry for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, then remove from the pan and set aside.
In a pan add the butter, let it melt, then add the wheat flour and mix, then add the milk and stir.
While stirring, also add the chicken broth, mix well, season with salt and black pepper and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add part of the grated mozzarella and mix well.
Put the pasta in a mold, add the  meat , pepper, sauce, mix well, then add the spring onions, the rest of the mozzarella and place in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
