700g potatoes

1 teaspoon of salt

1 onion

3 chicken breasts

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 green pepper

1/2 red pepper

1 tablespoon tomato paste

60ml of milk

60g mozzarella
-
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Way of doing
- Start by cutting the potatoes into medium pieces.
- Place the potatoes in a pan of water.
- Add salt and cook for 15 minutes.
- Cut the onion into small pieces.
- Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
- In a pan add the olive oil, onion and chicken.
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
- Let it fry for 4 minutes.
- Cut the peppers into small cubes
- Add to the pan and mix with the chicken
- Add the tomato paste and fry for another 4 minutes
- Remove from heat and set aside
- Season the potatoes with salt, black pepper, milk and mash everything.
- Add some of the mozzarella and mix well.
- In a baking dish add the olive oil and spread it with a brush.
- Apply a little olive oil to your hand, take some puree and shape it into balls.
- Repeat this process until the puree runs out.
- Place them all inside the baking dish and use a glass to make a hole in the middle of each one.
- Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
- Now place the chicken in the hole that was made in each one.
- Place the rest of the mozzarella on top.
- Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
- Put parsley on top.
