Chicken Baked with Egg and Tomato

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken thighs
  • oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Way of doing:

Make cuts in the chicken thighs.
In a pan add oil, then the chicken thighs, add salt, black pepper, garlic powder and fry on both sides.
Cut the onion into slices and the tomato into cubes.
Add more salt to the chicken, black pepper and garlic powder.
Add the onion, spread it around the pan, cover and let it cook.
Add the tomato, spread around the pan, cover and leave for another 5 minutes.
In a container add the eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, then beat until homogenized.
Finally, pour the egg mixture into the pan, cover again and let it cook.
