Fried Chicken in Sauce, Simple and Very Delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of wing thighs
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon baking soup
  • oil

 Salad :

  • 700g cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • parsley to taste

 Salad Dressing :

  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Chicken Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 100ml of honey
  • 80ml tomato sauce

Way of doing:

Add the wing thigh to a container, season with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, yeast and mix well.
Add oil to a frying pan, place the chicken inside and fry over medium/high heat for 8 minutes.
Cut the cabbage very finely and transfer it to a bowl.
Grate the carrot and place it in the bowl next to the cabbage.
Cut the onion in half and then into slices, add to the bowl.
Cut the parsley very finely and add it to the bowl.
Turn the chicken and fry for another 8 minutes.
In a container add the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, vinegar, salt, black pepper and mix well until smooth.
Add this mixture into the bowl and mix well with the salad.
Remove the chicken from the pan and place in a container lined with paper towel to absorb the oil.
In a pan add the butter and when it melts add the honey, tomato sauce and cook for 1 minute over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Pour all the sauce over the chicken and mix well.

Serve the chicken accompanied with the salad.
