Egg snack stuffed with ground meat

Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 450g of ground beef
  • 2 tomatoes
  • parsley
  • salt
  • Black pepper
  • pepperoni pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 butter
  • mozzarella

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:

    • Cut the onion into slices and then dice into cubes.
    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and ground meat. Mix well and let it cook for about 5 minutes until the meat is browned.
  2. Prepare Tomatoes and Parsley:

    • Cut the tomatoes in half and then into slices.
    • Chop the parsley finely.
  3. Season the Meat:

    • Season the meat mixture in the pan with salt, black pepper, chili pepper (pepperoncini), and garlic powder according to your taste.
    • Add the sliced tomatoes and chopped parsley to the pan. Mix everything together. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
