The best pasta salad you have ever eaten!

This pasta salad recipe promises to be a delightful blend of flavors and textures, perfect for any occasion. Packed with fresh vegetables, a tangy homemade sauce, and a hint of citrus, it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients:

  • water
  • 250g pasta
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 100g corn

    Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • black pepper to taste

Way of doing:

In a pan add water, pasta, salt, stir and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove the noodles from the pan and transfer to a bowl, then add oil, mix well and set aside.
Cut the tomato, green pepper and onion into cubes.
Cut the cucumber in half and then into slices.
Cut the apple into cubes, then squeeze the lemon over it.
Transfer all the ingredients to a bowl and add the corn.
In another container add the mustard, lemon juice, oil, ketchup, soy sauce, mayonnaise and mix everything very well.
Add the salt, black pepper and mix again.
Pour the ingredients over the pasta, mix everything, then add the sauce over everything and mix.
