Ingredients:

  • 600g pork ribs
  • oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 onion

Way of Doing

  1. Prepare the Ribs: Remove the skin from the pork ribs and cut them into pieces.
