Ingredients

  • 3 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 and 1/2 sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soup
  • cinnamon powder to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 bananas
  • 300ml of milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melt)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, sift together the wheat flour, sugar, cinnamon powder, and baking powder. Mix well.

  2. Add Butter: Pour in the melted butter and mix until combined.

  3. Slice the Bananas: Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.

  4. Layer the Pie: In a rectangular baking dish, add part of the mixture to cover the bottom evenly. Layer the banana slices on top, then spread the remaining mixture over the bananas.

  5. Mix Eggs and Milk: In a separate container, beat the eggs and then mix with the milk. Stir well and pour over the pie.

  6. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
