Ingredients:

  • 1 can of sardines
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • parsley to taste
  • 150g mozzarella

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sardines: Drain the oil from the sardine can using a sieve.

  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, beat the two eggs and add salt and black pepper. Then, add the chopped onion, tomato, parsley, and sardines. Mix well.

  3. Cook the Mixture: In a frying pan, melt a little butter over low heat. Once melted, pour in the mixture and spread it evenly. Cover the pan.
