  • ½ cup of oats
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • oil
  • honey to taste

Way of Doing:

  1. In a container, add the oats and milk, and mix until combined.
  2. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.
  3. Add the mashed bananas to the container with the oats and milk, mixing everything thoroughly.
  4. Add the egg and mix well again until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the sugar, salt, and cinnamon powder, then mix again.
  6. Finally, add the baking powder and stir until combined.
  7. In a pan, add a little oil and spread it evenly with a brush. Pour portions of the mixture into the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Repeat the process until all the mixture is used up.
