Ingredients:

  • 300g broccoli
  • 300g cauliflower
  • ½ tablespoon of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 onion
  • ½ pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 4  eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 6 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of milk tea
  • Parsley to taste
  • mozzarella to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Vegetables: Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Add them to a pan with salt, milk, and enough water to cover. Cook for 15 minutes until tender.

  2. Combine in a Dish: Once cooked, transfer the vegetables to a glass baking dish. Add the chopped onion, sliced pepper, and diced tomato, mixing gently.

  3. Prepare the Batter: In a bowl, combine the eggs, salt, oil, and wheat flour. Mix well until smooth.

  4. Add Liquid: Gradually add the milk to the mixture, stirring continuously, then fold in the chopped parsley.

  5. Assemble: Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.

  6. Bake: Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
