Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 boxes of cream
  • concentrated passion fruit juice
  • 12g unflavored gelatin
  • 2 chocolate bars

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the condensed milk, cream, and concentrated passion fruit juice (measured using the cream box). Blend until smooth.

  2. In a small bowl, mix unflavored gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water. Let it sit for a moment, then microwave for 30 seconds until dissolved. Add this mixture to the blender and blend again.

  3. Transfer the mousse mixture to a dish and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  4. In a pan, add the cream and chocolate (reserving a piece for later) and stir over medium heat until melted and smooth.

  5. Once the mousse has set, remove it from the fridge and pour the chocolate ganache on top. Grate the reserved chocolate over the ganache for a finishing touch.
