Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes
  • salt
  • oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 500g of ground  beef
  • Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of  tomato
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • oil
  • mozzarella

Recipe:

  1. Fry the Potatoes:

    • In a hot pan with oil, add 3 sliced potatoes.
    • Season with salt and fry until golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Cook the Vegetables:

    • In a new pan, add oil, then add chopped onion, yellow, green, and red peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add the Meat:

    • Add the ground meat to the pan, mixing it well with the vegetables. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried parsley. Stir in tomato paste.
  4. Add Water:

    • Pour in water and mix everything thoroughly. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
