Meat with Carrots and Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 700g of meat
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 60ml soy sauce
  • black pepper to taste
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200ml tomato sauce
  • parsley to taste

Way of doing:

Cut the meat into cubes, then transfer to a container, add the lemon juice, soy sauce, black pepper and mix.
Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into medium pieces.
Cut the carrot into slices.
In a pan add the oil, the potatoes, and let them fry for 2 minutes.
Then add the carrot and let it fry for another 2 minutes.
Transfer everything to a container.
In the same pan add the chopped onion, garlic and let it fry.
Add the tomatoes and stir.
Put the meat back in the pan, the sauce that remains at the bottom, and mix everything.
Cover the pan and let it cook for 4 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce and mix.
Cover the pan and let it cook for another 40 minutes.
Pour the potatoes and carrots into the pan, mix and cook for another 15 minutes.

Add the parsley and help yourself!
