Ingredients:

  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

     

Way of doing:

Cut the eggplant into slices, place in a bowl, cover with water, add salt, mix and set aside for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, add the wheat flour, black pepper, oregano, salt, paprika and mix well.
Coat the eggplants in this breadcrumb mixture and fry them in hot oil over medium heat.
