4-ingredient Sangria Sorbet

I make lots of homemade ice creams and sorbets in summer and once in a while also these “adult” sorbets that are great for barbecues with friends. This one is exactly what its name says – it’s basically Sangria made into sorbet.

SANGRIA SORBET Just 4 ingredients + 5 minutes of hands on work for the most delicious ~adult~ summer treat! I’m not exaggerating when I say if I could choose just one recipe for you to make this summer, it would be this sorbet. It’s that good! And so easy!! If you don’t want to wait to enjoy it, you can also drink it as a slushy right after blending. Bookmark the RECIPE and tag us if you make it!

RECIPE:

4 cups frozen fruit of choice (we used half peaches half strawberries)

2 cups white wine*

Juice from half of a lemon

1/4 cup sweetener of choice (honey, simple syrup, maple, agave)

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

You can enjoy right away as a sangria slushy, or pour it into a container and freeze. It takes about 6 hours to set.

Since it contains alcohol, it does not set completely, so it never gets too hard or icy, which means you can scoop it up perfectly straight from the freezer!
